It might help if I explain the procedure first:
- The scoring program (like ASE8 or Scorebridge) creates a database, based on the movement
- The scoring program sends the database to the server
- When the units make contact with the server, they retrieve the stored information about the movement
Now, to feed the units (with new information) something has to be done in the database, for instance a change of the number of rounds and this can be done by the scoring program.
If you enter the new specifications of the session in the scoring program and let it update the server from round X (X =current round +1), the units will retrieve that new information when they make contact to the server. Please note that you have to do all this BEFORE changing for the next (last) round.
This is the clean way and it avoids a discrepancy between the scoring program and the Bridgemate system.
The less cleaner way is even easier

If you run a new session you will create a new database file as well. This file will erase the old file. Although the units still 'think' they are running the previous session, they will get the new information as soon as they make contact with the server and they will reset themselves automatically.
Please note that you have to warn your players that they will see some messages from the previous session first but by pressing the OK key a few times, they will start from scratch again. That will teach them to zoom a little next time
